Does WHL offer Halal consultation services?

WHL provides advisory services where we guide our clients in preparing their organizations for MUIS Halal certification. We aim to empower our clients with the knowledge and skills in attaining Halal certification. We would like to promote self-reliance and allow clients to take ownership over the Halal certification. What are the packages that WHL offer for its advisory services?

WHL offers three different types of packages under its advisory services which include:

  1. DIAMOND
  2. PLATINUM
  3. GOLD

The above packages are offered to companies who are NEW to MUIS Halal certification. WHL will provide guidance and advisory in understanding and complying with the certification requirements as set in the Halal standards and the Halal Certification Conditions as per the certification scheme applicable for your business. Do you offer any advisory services for existing MUIS Halal certificate holders?

Yes, we offer “Bite-size” services to existing MUIS Halal certificate holders. This package includes a review of the state of compliance and/or readiness of the client for re-certification. Advisors will provide the clients with guidance and advice in obtaining re-certification. This package includes the following services:

  1. Pre-Assessment Audit
  2. Personalised Advisory Sessions
  3. And many more

Which package will you recommend to my business that is new to Halal certification?

For new applicants of the Muis Halal certification, WHL recommends the full advisory services where we have 3 different packages which are the Diamond, Platinum, and Gold packages. We will provide guidance and advisory in understanding and complying with the Muis Halal certification requirements.

Based on the packages WHL has to offer, we recommend you to consider either the Platinum or Gold package. The gold package is the basic package that WHL has to offer which is sufficient to prepare your organisation for the Muis Halal certification. However, with a Platinum package, WHL will conduct a final internal audit at your premises to ensure that all gaps had been addressed accordingly before the actual site audit is conducted by Muis officer(s). Additionally, this session will allow our officers to prepare your organisation for the audit and allow you to know what to expect from the audit by the Muis officer(s).

What information do I need to provide when making an appointment?

How can I obtain an invoice?

Invoice will be issued upon receiving the booking. Appointment is confirmed only after payment has been made and verified.

What if I cannot attend the appointment?

As no refunds will be made for cancellations, you may reschedule an appointment on a one-time basis at least 3 working days before the confirmed appointment.

How would I know if my booking and payment are successful?

You will receive our email which confirms your appointment and payment. Please email advisory@wareeshalal.sg if you need any other assistance.
