This 1-day theory programme is designed exclusively for Muslim slaughterers from Halal-certified poultry abattoirs in Singapore. At the end of the course, trainees will be equipped with the necessary knowledge on poultry slaughtering and meat processing requirements.
The first-hand practical lesson will be done on a separate day and will be arranged separately.
