Mr. Azriman Mansor

Chairman

 

Mr Azriman Mansor is the Group Financial Controller at Times Publishing Limited, where he is responsible for improving the business and financial performance for the company’s diversified operations. Mr Azriman previous role was as Chief Financial Officer at Possible Worldwide, a digital advertising, media and marketing organisation.

Prior to returning to Singapore in 2016, Mr Azriman was with the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan as the Chief Budget and Finance Officer, where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of the budgetary resources and overall financial management peacekeeping mission for the world’s youngest country. Before joining the United Nations, he has also held a broad range of finance leadership positions in the aviation, manufacturing and hospitality industries.

Mr Azriman currently sits on the Board and Council for Yayasan Mendaki and MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore), which he also serves as the chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee. He is also currently a member of the Finance Committee for the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and an Audit Committee member for the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), while serving as an active grassroot leader in both Tanjong Pagar and Marsiling constituencies, as well as Council member with the People’s Association Malay Activity Executive Committees Council (MESRA) in engaging the community through a wide range of outreach programmes.

Mr Azriman holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham (UK). He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as well as the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors (IIA).

Mdm. Liyana Sinwan

Liyana Sinwan is a lawyer with the Disputes Resolution team at K&L Gates Straits Law LLC. Liyana’s niche area of practice is family law, and she handles cases in both the civil law and Syariah law systems.

Liyana graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in July 2013.

Prior to specialising in family practice, Liyana was exposed to a wide range of practice areas including civil and commercial litigation, and criminal matters. She has acted for several high-profile clients, including an international hotel brand and a multinational construction company. She has represented clients in the Court of Appeal of Singapore, as well as at the Appeal Board, Muis.

Beyond being a full-time lawyer and mother-of-three, Liyana finds time to be actively involved in community work. Liyana was a member of the Sunlight Alliance for Action (AfA) spearheaded by the then-Ministry for Communications and Information (MCI) in 2021. The Sunlight AfA was launched to tackle online harms, especially those targeted at women and girls, and to ensure that Singapore continues to be a safe place both offline and online.

Liyana is passionate about giving back, and giving more. Liyana is presently serving on several Boards and Councils, including the Muis Council, the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), the Board of Governance of PPIS, and the Board of Directors of Casa Raudha Ltd.
