This video allows you to have a better understanding of ‘traceability’, one of the most important requirements for Halal certification. ‘Traceability’ refers to the ability to trace a product to its documentation. In this video, you will learn about the traceability method using key information such as product description and product code.
Without proper traceability, the Halal status of raw material becomes questionable. This may affect the Halal application and certification status.
